Is this only for Light Residences units?
Yes. CondoHub PH is built specifically for the SMDC Light Residences community in Mandaluyong, so the bill types, due-date patterns, and dues are tailored to our towers.
Can I track more than one unit?
Absolutely. Owners and landlords can add several units under one login and switch between them instantly — each with its own bills, reminders, and history.
Will my tenant see my private information?
Only what you choose to share. You can give a tenant access to a single unit's bills without exposing anything else in your account.
